This Jaypro Sports Titan Adjustable Series Basketball System (CVAC66) is built to withstand the elements and provide years of enjoyable play. The system boasts a heavy-duty steel construction, perfect for both indoor and outdoor use. The 6" x 6" upright and extension arms are made from thick gauge steel and coated with a durable duplex finish that combines hot-dip galvanization with a black powder coat for superior weather resistance.
The real star of the show, however, is the backboard. Measuring 42" x 72", it's constructed from acrylic and features the innovative "Clear View" design. This design minimizes distractions typically caused by the support structure located in the center of traditional backboards, allowing for a more unobstructed shooting experience. The height of the backboard is also adjustable, ranging from 5-1/2 feet all the way up to a regulation 10 feet. For added safety and performance, the system comes equipped with a breakaway rim (GBR360) with a nylon net and all stainless steel hardware. The included 2-inch padding for the pole and base pad provides additional protection for players.
